What is Spirituality Anyway?

Spirituality. It’s one of those words that either pulls you in or makes you want to roll your eyes, depending on what kind of day you’re having.
At its core, spirituality isn’t about floating three inches off the ground, chanting under a full moon, or buying every crystal in a five-mile radius (although hey, no judgment if that’s your thing).
It’s about connection — to yourself, to something bigger than you, and to the meaning behind the life you’re living.
You don’t have to join a monastery, trade in your morning coffee for green juice, or suddenly become a "love and light" machine.
Spirituality is deeply personal. It’s about asking the bigger questions:
Why am I here?
What really matters to me?
How can I live in a way that feels more real and less like I’m on autopilot?
For some people, it shows up through prayer or meditation. For others, it’s a gut feeling, a moment of awe standing under the stars, or that inner nudge that says, "There’s more to life than just surviving."
Spirituality isn’t a checklist. It’s a journey — messy, beautiful, frustrating, healing — and it belongs to you, not some guru in flowing robes (unless you happen to own one, in which case, fabulous).
If you’ve ever felt like you’re searching for "something more" but don’t know what that even means, congratulations: you’re already on a spiritual path.
No secret handshakes required.
Ready to explore it in a way that feels authentic to you? Great! I look forward to hearing feom from you.
