You Don't Have to Be 'Spiritual Enough' to Start Your Journey

When I first started exploring spirituality, I didn’t feel "spiritual enough." I thought there were secret handshakes, special crystals you had to own, and meditation retreats you had to attend before you could even begin. Spoiler alert: that's not how it works.

Spirituality isn’t something you “earn.” It’s something you experience — in everyday life, in small moments when you listen to your intuition, sit quietly with your thoughts, or simply wonder if there’s something more out there.

You don't need a library of metaphysical books or a lifetime supply of sage to be spiritual. You don’t even have to call yourself “spiritual” at all. You just have to be open. Curiosity is the only real requirement.

I work with people who are brand new to all of this — people who once rolled their eyes at tarot cards (like I did), people who are skeptical but curious, people who are just tired of feeling disconnected and want to feel something again.

If you're looking for clarity, connection, or simply a space to figure things out without judgment or pressure, that's exactly what my sessions are about. No glitter, no fluff, no chanting in a foreign language (unless you want to — no judgment).

Your journey starts wherever you are. Right now. Just as you are.
