This is for the Woman Sitting in Her Car Pretending She's Fine

You know exactly who you are.

You’re sitting in the car a little longer than you need to.

Maybe you just pulled into the driveway, but you’re not ready to go inside yet.

Maybe you’re parked outside the grocery store, work, your kid’s school, or some random parking lot because for five quiet minutes, nobody needs anything from you.

No one is asking questions.

No one is pulling on your energy.

No one is expecting you to have an answer.

So you sit there.

Phone in your hand.

Music playing.

Air conditioning running.

Staring straight ahead like you’re just taking a minute.

But really?

You’re trying not to fall apart.

And the wild part is, if somebody texted you right now and said, “Are you okay?” you’d probably say, “Yeah, I’m fine.”

Because that’s what you do.

You keep going.

You handle things.

You make the appointments, remember the details, carry the emotional weight, overthink the conversations, take care of everyone else, and somehow still convince yourself you should be doing more.

But here’s the truth:

You may be functioning, but that doesn’t mean you’re fine.

There’s a difference.

Sometimes “fine” is just survival with a better outfit on.

Sometimes “fine” means you’ve gotten really good at hiding how tired you are.

Sometimes “fine” means you’re so used to pushing your feelings down that you don’t even know what you actually feel anymore.

And no, that doesn’t mean you’re weak.

It means you’ve been carrying too much for too long.

At some point, your soul starts tapping on the glass.

Not screaming.

Not dramatic.

Just that quiet little feeling inside that says:

“Something has to change.”

Maybe you don’t even know what that change is yet.

Maybe you don’t know whether you need clarity, rest, a hard conversation, a new direction, or just someone to help you sort through the noise in your head.

That’s okay.

You don’t have to have the whole map figured out before you ask for guidance.

Sometimes you just need a place to start.

A tarot reading, psychic medium session, or guidance session isn’t about someone magically fixing your life for you.

I won’t sit across from you and tell you some fairy-dust version of what you want to hear.

That’s not how I work.

What I do is help you slow down, look at what’s actually going on, and reconnect with the part of you that already knows more than you think she does.

Sometimes that comes through the cards.

Sometimes it comes through intuition.

Sometimes messages come through from spirit, guides, or loved ones on the other side.

And sometimes it’s simply a grounded conversation that helps you finally say out loud what you’ve been holding in.

Because let’s be honest — sometimes you don’t need more advice.

You need clarity.

You need confirmation.

You need someone who can sit with you in the real stuff without making it weird, fluffy, or performative.

You need a moment where you don’t have to pretend.

So if you are the woman sitting in her car pretending she’s fine, I want you to know something:

You don’t have to keep white-knuckling your way through your life.

You don’t have to wait until everything falls apart before you reach for support.

And you don’t have to explain why you’re tired.

Sometimes the fact that you’re tired is enough.

Maybe this is your sign to stop brushing it off.

Maybe this is your moment to say, “Okay. I need to get clear.”

And if that’s where you are, I’d be honored to sit with you.

No pressure.

No judgment.

No spiritual performance.

Just real guidance for real life.

When you’re ready, you can book a session with me at:

Let’s get you clear.
